The Opportunity

Our NSW Transport team continues to grow and we're looking for a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects across roads, bridges and aviation.

You will play a key role in driving project outcomes, strengthening commercial performance and ensuring consistent, high quality delivery aligned to client expectations.

About the Role

  • Lead or support the delivery of transport infrastructure projects across NSW, working closely with Senior Project Managers and discipline leads.

  • Oversee design management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to scope.

  • Apply strong project governance, including cost control, scheduling, reporting and risk management.

  • Manage contracts and actively administer change, including client variations and negotiations.

  • Provide clear, accurate financial tracking and client reporting across multiple projects.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across offices to achieve integrated project outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with WSP systems, quality standards and client requirements.

  • Champion a strong safety culture across all project activities

About You

You are organised, commercially aware and confident working across complex stakeholder environments. You understand how to balance delivery, risk and client expectations, and can keep projects moving in a fast paced consultancy environment.

You will bring:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.

  • 5+ years' experience delivering transport infrastructure projects, ideally within a consulting environment.

  • Experience on design and construct (D&C) or major infrastructure programs.

  • Strong understanding of contracts, change management and cost control.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking.

  • High quality written communication skills, including client reporting.

  • Competency in Excel and project management systems.
