Tetra Tech International Development is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 9 month parental leave contract to help us recruit top talent for projects that promote sustainable development, economic growth, and social inclusion around the globe.

About the Role
Reporting to the HR Lead, People and Programs, this role will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Consultants to deliver proactive, inclusive, and high-quality recruitment outcomes. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes that support our mission of delivering change that matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of international development programs.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Support inclusive and equitable hiring practices across all recruitment activities.
- Contribute to strengthening Tetra Tech's employer brand and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and safeguarding requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a professional services or multinational or international development environment.
- A passion for people, and commitment to equitable hiring and diverse workplaces.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working cross-culturally or in global teams is a plus.
- High level of proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment data.
- An adaptable, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
