You'll support the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on Customer Harmonisation, helping simplify and optimise how we operate across commercial, supply chain and customer service functions. Key Accountabilities

  • Translate insights into structured, end-to-end implementation plans, including customer migration sequencing and cross-functional activities
  • Build and manage integrated delivery plans covering pricing, ranging, logistics alignment, contracts and customer communications
  • Coordinate across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Technology teams to ensure dependencies are clear and execution is aligned
  • Support implementation of customer and commercial changes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to service
  • Track delivery progress, risks and issues, maintaining visibility across workstreams and supporting governance reporting

About You

  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Project Analyst or similar role supporting transformation or change initiatives
  • Strong analytical capability, including process mapping and working with complex operational data
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple activities and follow through to delivery
  • Comfortable working in structured project environments across multiple workstreams
  • Exposure to SAP or ERP-based supply chain / operational environments (preferred)
