What you'll do
Partner with NSW Food & Liquor sites to embed the Metcash SHE Management System
Coach and support frontline leaders in incident investigations, critical risk reviews and SHE engagements
Review site risk registers and controls against legislation, codes of practice and internal standards
Support the development and delivery of risk reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct site walks and observations to monitor compliance with SHE policies and procedures
Contribute to site SHE meetings, communications and safety promotion activities
What you'll bring
Certificate IV or tertiary qualification in Workplace Health & Safety
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Safety, Health & Environment support or advisory role
Strong understanding of warehouse and/or retail operational environments
Knowledge of WHS, environmental and HACCP legislative requirements
Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail with sound problem solving and organisational capability
