As an Assistant Store Manager you'll support your Store Manager to drive sales, run smooth operations, and build an engaged team. Leading back-of-house excellence owning stock flow, inventory accuracy, and shrink control to maximise profit. Retail management / leadership experience. Understanding of inventory control. The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
