We're looking for a Help & Advice Consultant to deliver highquality customer service to both internal and external customers by managing enquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Reporting to the Help & Advice Manager within the Marketing team in Padstow, this role offers strong ownership, along with ongoing training and support. You'll need to be a serviceoriented and confident communicator, capable of handling diverse enquiries, and thrive in a small, closeknit team where flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude are key to success.
