Role Purpose (Why does the role exist?)

The Marketing Coordinator will provide hands-on support to the marketing team, with a strong focus on digital campaign execution, content creation, customer marketing support, and cross-functional coordination.

The role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, designers, and the broader ANZ marketing team to ensure that all eDM campaigns are launched on time, digital content is published across relevant owned and paid channels, and digital materials are available on MyOticon, our online web shop.

This role is execution-focused and operational, supporting the delivery of digital campaigns and assisting customers with their own online and offline marketing activities.

Key Accountabilities:

B2B communications

  • Create effective eDM campaigns with the support of in-house designers
  • Send eDM campaigns and communications using the DEEP platform
  • Provide detailed eDM reports to the Sales team to support follow-up activities
  • Create new reports and set up marketing campaigns in Salesforce
  • Maintain the CRM database, including leads, contacts, and accounts
  • Review the performance of eDM communications using detailed dashboards

Social media marketing

  • Localise social media content created by Head Office
  • Create B2B and B2C social media content to support local initiatives
  • Follow the social media calendar and schedule Facebook and LinkedIn posts in Hootsuite
  • Manage and update social media audiences and create effective advertising on LinkedIn and Meta
  • Respond to customer comments on social media with support from the Audiology team

Website management

  • Localise pages created by the web team in Head Office
  • Keep the website up to date by adding new local blog posts, webinars, and campaign pages
  • Create event pages in Eventbrite and manage online B2B events from beginning to end

Customer marketing support

  • Support our professional network of hearing care professionals with their marketing activities
  • Identify new ways to support customers and their businesses
  • Train customers on marketing best practice to build strong marketing foundations
  • Review the performance of customer marketing activities at the end of each month
  • Track all customer marketing activities and touchpoints using the activity planner

MyOticon

  • Increase usage of our online web shop, MyOticon, through targeted eDM campaigns
  • Keep MyOticon up to date with the latest marketing assets, courses, and technical sheets
  • Manage promo codes, banners, and welcome messages on the platform during product launches
  • Extend the reach of B2B communications by using the News section on MyOticon

Support and reporting

  • Review the performance of all digital marketing activities at the end of each month
  • Track digital marketing spend in line with the latest digital marketing budget
  • Maintain organised records of assets, stock, and campaign documentation
  • Identify innovative ways to achieve digital marketing KPIs
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing skills through ongoing training and development
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with digital projects, including video shoots
  • Support the Sales, Audiology, and Marketing teams as required

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience (The minimum amount of experience required to perform the role)

Essential

  • 2-4 years' experience in marketing coordination, marketing communications, or digital marketing
  • 1-2+ years' experience in digital marketing and managing social media channels
  • 1-2+ years' experience in sending eDMs using a CRM platform

Desirable

  • Experience updating websites through a CMS
  • Experience creating campaigns and reports through a CRM
  • Experience in marketing measurement, reporting, and analytics
  • Familiarity with B2B or healthcare-related marketing environments
  • Experience using marketing tools or platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, project management tools, Sitecore, and Salesforce
  • Experience using generative AI tools to improve efficiency
