What you will do?

• Assist in leading the strategic direction of food and beverage operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences
• Work alongside the F&B Manager to manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance skills, boost engagement, and achieve operational excellence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with mid to long-term business goals, focusing on cost control, profit margins, and overall guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations
• Maintain alignment to brand standards and internal control procedures across all food and beverage outlets

More about you

• Degree in hospitality management or relevant discipline, or significant industry experience; MBA highly regarded
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership based role working in multi-outlet food and beverage operations in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality setting
• A commercial mindset with proven results in cost control, profit margins, and operational excellence
• Entrepreneurial drive, ambition, and a high level of compassionate leadership
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
