ROLE PURPOSE

The Head of People Experience is a strategic and innovative leader responsible for designing and delivering exceptional employee experiences across the ANZ region. This role ensures that every touchpoint of the employee lifecycle reflects our culture, values, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role will champion progressive people practices that foster engagement, belonging, and growth, enabling our teams to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role also leads Learning & Development and Workplace Experience teams to create a future-ready workforce and inspiring work environments that support creativity and collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Head of People Experience ANZ is responsible for designing and delivering a holistic employee experience that aligns with global and local people and business strategies. This role drives engagement, inclusion, and performance by leading enterprise initiatives that enhance lifecycle experiences, embed human-centred design, and leverage technology and data for personalisation and scale. Acting as a strategic advisor and change leader, the role ensures workforce capability, culture, and systems enable growth and transformation, and plays a key role in bringing global best practices to life in ANZ-turning strategies like performance, data insights, and onboarding into meaningful, connected experiences for our people.

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in People & Culture, including leadership across Employee Experience, L&D, and/or DE&I.
  • Proven ability to design and implement human-centred, inclusive strategies at scale.
  • Strong background in change leadership, program delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable with HR tech and excited by the possibilities of AI-enabled employee experiences.
