Role: Crushing Supervisor
Location: Weld Range, Western Australia FIFO ex-Perth
Roster: 7 Days, 7 Nights, 7 Off - 12-hour shifts
Type: Fulltime, Permanent
An exciting opportunity exists for a Crushing Supervisor to join the commissioning team for a new fixed plant crusher in the Weld Range, WA. Reporting to site leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the crushing plant, providing hands-on leadership to operators and maintenance personnel while ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
This role offers the chance to be part of the first team operating a brand-new asset and help build a positive, high-performing culture from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and oversee structured maintenance systems, including planned and preventative maintenance programs to support reliable plant performance.
- Monitor plant and equipment condition to ensure safe, efficient and mechanically sound operation at all times.
- Provide daily supervision and coordination of crushing, maintenance and personnel to achieve operational objectives.
- Manage overall administration of the crushing operation to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and consistently.
- Plan and forecast medium to long-term crushing requirements, tracking performance against agreed objectives and adjusting plans as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated supervisory experience within crushing or processing operations.
- Minimum five years' experience working in a crushing environment.
- Hold a current Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor's Certificate.
- Strong understanding of safe work systems and crushing industry safety practices.
- Applicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
- Current 'C' Class Western Australian Driver's Licence.
