CDC NSW is seeking a Charter Contracts & Contingency Services Specialist to support the planning, coordination and delivery of charter and contingent transport services across our network. Reporting to the Charter Contracts Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, operational problem solving and bringing multiple moving parts together to deliver successful outcomes. Up to $90,000 + $600 phone allowance + super Varied and hands-on work - no two days are the same Exposure across charter operations, events and service delivery Opportunity to develop your transport and operational coordination experience Supportive team environment with career growth opportunities About the role You will: Support the delivery of charter contracts and contingent bus services Coordinate with depots, OCC, subcontractors and internal stakeholders Manage mobilisation planning and operational readiness Coordinate fleet, driver and contractor requirements Monitor live service delivery and support issue resolution Assist with incident response and operational reporting Ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with contract requirements Support post-event reviews and continuous improvement initiatives About you You will bring: Minimum 2 years' experience in transport, bus operations or service coordination Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure High attention to detail and strong administrative capability Current NSW Driver Licence Experience in disruption management, rail replacement or contingency operations (desirable) Please note this role includes occasional after-hours and weekend work, with travel across Greater Sydney required.
