What You'll Do
- Provide pre and postsales technical support across security solutions
- Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify and close opportunities
- Conduct customer meetings to understand requirements and recommend solutions
- Deliver product presentations and solution demonstrations
- Support solution design, product selection and technical validation
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams
- Promote valueadd solutions in competitive environments
- Support product launches, vendor initiatives and sales programs
- Maintain current knowledge of security technologies and market trends
- Assist customers with technical queries and postimplementation support
What You Bring
- 3-5 years' experience in technical sales or solutions roles
Security, ICT or related industry experience highly regarded
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Collaborative, proactive and customerfocused
