About the role
We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Bethshan Gardens team in a permanent parttime capacity. In this role, you'll deliver highquality, personcentred clinical care that supports residents to live well with dignity and purpose. You'll build meaningful relationships, respond to changing care needs, and guide your care team with confidence and compassion.
A combination of AM and PM shifts on offer.

About You
You're a compassionate, residentfocused Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and leads with integrity. You bring strong clinical judgement, confidence in managing care needs, and the ability to support others.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience supervising or supporting care teams
Strong communication skills and a warm, personcentred approach
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work within your scope
Commitment to inclusivity, accountability, compassion and teamwork
