As a Programmatic Coordinator, you will support the Programmatic Specialist with the management of all Foxtel Group's programmatic campaigns including trafficking, implementation and reporting. Your role will be varied, and no doubt evolve over time, however the bulk of this position will see you engrossed with campaign execution and analysis, across all major channels - Video (YouTube, BVOD and Programmatic video), Display, Audio and new media channels.

Technically, you will need to have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of excel and a strong aptitude to learn quickly on the job. You will be trained across all required trafficking platforms such as Flashtalking and Campaign manager 360, with the goal to own this process in a timely manner.

This position would suit a recent graduate from university with a want to be in the industry of Advertising, Marketing and Media.

The role will interface with a selection of partners across the supply chain from publishers and tech vendors, but also horizontally in all areas of the Foxtel Group businesses, including Data & Analytics, Product, Editorial, Technical and the broader marketing team.

You will be part of a high performing team to achieve agreed brand & customer acquisition success metrics. Be prepared to be challenged and adapt to every changing requirements of this fast paced and exciting business unit.

  • Day to day trafficking, implementation, reporting and pacing of campaigns across the Foxtel group.
  • Executing and delivering those programmatic campaigns across display, video, PrOOH, audio and gaming.
  • Keep track of budget pacing and report back to the specialist and manager in the team.
  • Reporting and analysing early post launch campaign activities, providing actionable insights, data patterns and trends and relate this back to the impact on the business.
  • Escalate and report issues & challenges to the Programmatic Lead, in a prompt manner.
  • Working with the data team to create audience segments that align with the campaign.
  • Using multiple consoles to pull data for use in statistical analysis and generate insights and recommendations on audience and media delivery.
  • Follow the campaigns' structure hierarchies and taxonomy, as briefed by the Specialist and Manager
  • Tertiary education in marketing and/ or media
  • Proven work experience and skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of and ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple hard deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Great general sports and/or entertainment knowledge
