Job Description

We're looking for a Client Manager to be the key daytoday contact across an iconic, awardwinning portfolio within the FMCG sector. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering media strategy and implementation across a dynamic mix of brands, with ownership of planning, activation and campaign delivery across both awareness and performance media.

You'll work within a Power of One model, collaborating closely with specialists across the business while enjoying real autonomy and the support of a highperforming team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves media planning, thrives in fastpaced environments, and enjoys mentoring and coaching junior talent while staying handson with the work.

You'll report into a Client Partner, manage one direct report, and help lead media investment across a large, alwayson portfolio with significant annual spend.

Responsibilities

Client leadership & media planning

  • Act as the key daytoday contact for clients, building trusted relationships through clear communication, responsiveness and strong attention to detail.
  • Develop media strategy and implementation recommendations across offline and online channels, aligned to brand objectives and campaign outcomes.
  • Lead media planning across a mix of awareness and performance activity in a fastmoving, alwayson environment.
  • Present media plans, updates and performance insights confidently to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks, escalating issues early and constructively.

Campaign delivery & operational excellence

  • Oversee endtoend planning and delivery of media campaigns across channels such as social, digital video, OOH and broader integrated media.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and quality control, ensuring all work meets Spark Foundry standards.
  • Use audience and media insight tools to inform planning decisions and optimise outcomes.
  • Maintain high levels of organisation and accuracy across documents, plans and reporting.

Team leadership & development

  • Manage and coach a Client Executive, providing guidance across planning fundamentals, media tools and daytoday delivery.
  • Support workload management and prioritisation within a small, closeknit client team.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and supportive team environment, living the Spark values and rolemodelling positive behaviours.

Financial management

  • Support ownership of campaign budgets, reconciliations and billing processes in partnership with activation and finance teams.
  • Contribute to forecasting and financial accuracy, ensuring media investment is tracked, controlled and delivered as planned.

Who you'll be:

We're keen to hear from people who bring many (not necessarily all) of the following:

  • Around 4-5 years' experience in a media agency environment, working across integrated media campaigns.
  • Proven experience in media planning across channel mix, including online and offline media (e.g. social, OOH, digital video, online video).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fastpaced environments.
  • A proactive mindset - you take ownership, anticipate challenges, and follow things through.
  • Solid knowledge of media planning and audience tools (e.g. audience measurement, planning and marketplace tools).
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence building clear, clientready presentations and media plans.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members, with an interest in people development.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: curiosity or handson exposure to AI tools applied to media, insight or workflow efficiency.
