About the Opportunity

We are seeking an engaging and servicedriven Senior Workplace Host to lead a team of Workplace Hosts across premium corporate sites. Acting as the eyes and ears of the workplace, you will bring the experience to life-ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, welcoming and aligned to our client's brand and culture.

This is a handson leadership role suited to someone who thrives in hospitalitystyle service, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a team of Workplace Hosts to deliver outstanding service

  • Oversee daytoday workplace operations, ensuring all services meet contractual and SLA requirements

  • Provide a warm, professional and engaging welcome to all employees and visitors

  • Maintain workplace and event spaces as a corporate showcase, ensuring rooms are reset, stocked and functioning

  • Monitor soft services delivery including cleaning, plant maintenance and reactive maintenance needs

  • Manage workplace allocations including lockers, EndofTrip facilities and car park auditing

  • Support and coordinate onsite events, activations and community engagement initiatives

  • Conduct site tours and act as an ambassador for workplace culture and brand values

  • Maintain accurate workplace data, documentation and mailbox management

  • Promote safety, sustainability and costeffective decisionmaking across all activities

What You'll Bring

  • Strong background in hospitality or customer service with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences

  • Experience leading or supervising a small customerfacing team

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationshipbuilding skills

  • Immaculate personal presentation and outstanding communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, stay organised and work autonomously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating workplace systems

  • A solutionfocused mindset and a collaborative team approach
