About the Role
Camp Manager is a key site-based leadership role responsible for the overall management and performance of the accommodation village supporting the Narrogin Wind Farm project. You'll ensure all camp services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, supporting workforce wellbeing and project productivity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the accommodation village and camp services
  • Coordinate catering, housekeeping, maintenance, transport, and recreation services
  • Manage contractors and service providers to meet performance and service standards
  • Monitor occupancy, budgets, and camp performance to optimise operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, develop, and manage camp staff while fostering a positive camp culture

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in camp management, village operations, or remote site environments
  • Strong background in managing contractors and service providers
  • Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and camp operations standards
  • Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and operational performance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant qualification in hospitality, facilities management, or similar (desirable)
