Electrical Project Engineer / Quality Advisor

UGL is delivering a complex brownfield rail construction project in a live operational environment. This is the kind of work where smart planning, tight integration, and clear decisionmaking are critical to success.

The project involves staged configuration changes delivered within defined possession windows, with multiple delivery streams operating in parallel. It's challenging, highimpact work - and we're looking for someone who knows how to pull it all together.


About the role

Reporting to the Completions Manager, your role will be to assist in the management and facilitation of Operational Readiness and Practical Completion requirements.

Key responsibilities

Management and update the Electronic Electrical Quality System (Hexagon)

Support the transfer of Assets by coordination of teams to deliver Quality documentation

Coordination of teams and evidence to satisfy Practical Completion requirements

Coordinate and close out client and stakeholder queries

Coordinate action plans for defect closures.

About You

Large infrastructure experience, with either:

5 years of Electrical Project/Site Engineer or 10 years Electrical Construction experience

An interest in working in Quality Assurance and Completions

Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and influencing skills
