About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader Talent Acquisition, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to deliver endtoend recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles. Working in a small, supportive team, you'll provide trusted advice, guide leaders through bestpractice recruitment, and help create a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced TA professional who enjoys stakeholder partnership, variety, and working autonomously.

What You'll deliver

• Managing endtoend recruitment across a broad range of roles, including hardtofill and specialist positions
• Partnering with leaders to scope roles, provide market insights, and tailor recruitment approaches
• Delivering a highquality, candidatecentred recruitment experience
• Using PageUp HRIS to manage requisitions, shortlisting, offers, and preemployment checks
• Advising leaders on contemporary recruitment practices, meritbased selection, and compliance
• Continuously improving recruitment processes and ways of working

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in endtoend recruitment, ideally in a complex or fastpaced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a customerfocused mindset
• Solid knowledge of contemporary recruitment and selection practices
• Confidence providing clear, practical advice to leaders at all levels
• Experience using HRIS or ATS platforms (PageUp desirable)
• A collaborative, solutionsfocused approach aligned with public sector values.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check.
