Senior Partnership Account Manager

This role sits at the center of a high-impact partner ecosystem, driving strategic growth across a diverse network of global alliances. You will be responsible for building and scaling relationships with key partners while directly influencing revenue growth and market expansion across the region. The position combines strategic planning, commercial execution, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams. You will play a pivotal role in aligning partner capabilities with regional business priorities to accelerate pipeline creation and customer success. Operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will help shape how partner-led growth is executed at scale. This is a highly visible role with strong regional ownership and global exposure.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and expansion of a high-performing partner ecosystem, focusing on new business acquisition, account growth, and customer retention through strategic alliances.
- Own partner engagement activities including joint account planning, strategic alignment sessions, and quarterly business reviews to drive mutual success.
- Act as the primary advocate for strategic partners including GSIs, SIs, and technology alliances, ensuring effective enablement and territory coverage.
- Drive pipeline visibility through joint forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking to ensure predictable revenue growth.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute co-marketing initiatives, roadshows, and go-to-market programs.
- Support regional partner engagement activities, including travel when required, to strengthen relationships and maximize impact.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the software or SaaS industry with a strong background in partner management, ecosystem development, or alliance leadership.
- Proven success in partner-led sales, business development, or solution consulting within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of data-driven domains such as data governance, AI governance, data management, analytics, or BI, ideally within enterprise SaaS contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and influence senior-level relationships across both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience driving joint go-to-market initiatives and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex value propositions into clear business impact.
