We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to support revenue generation, build customer relationships, and develop a strong pipeline across our national network. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a commercial role with clear development pathways and exposure to strategic sales initiatives. What You'll Do Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting customer growth and delivering commercial outcomes by: Engaging with new and existing customers to understand their logistics needs and recommend tailored solutions Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline Responding to enquiries and delivering a high-quality, responsive customer experience Supporting account growth and retention through regular customer interaction Managing opportunities, customer data, and activity within CRM systems Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, customer-focused solutions What You'll Bring 1-3 years' experience in sales, internal sales, or a customer-facing commercial role Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset Demonstrated ability to prospect, prioritise, and manage multiple opportunities Commercial curiosity and a desire to grow a career in sales Confident use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems Experience or exposure to transport, freight, or logistics is advantageous Why Join Us?
