1. 3 to 5 years ICT industry experience in a technical team leadership role with demonstrated understanding of Agile SAFe SDLC and end to end software delivery
2. At least 2 years experience as a Scrum Master for Salesforce-based solutions.
3. Scrum Master Certification.
4. Experience coaching in agile methodologies, techniques, systems, and tools.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence team culture and lead by example.
6. Proven experience in facilitation, conflict resolution, and driving continual improvement.
