Primary Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide Guidance and Management of the MIWS HCFP
Project for delivery of all combat systems for the HCFP to ensure efficient and
effective project delivery.
Providing Management with a hands on approach to the execution of operations
and production throughout the organisation.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
1. Commercial and Technical
* Provide leadership and management of a multi-disciplined project team and
coordinate project activities including support to strategic planning,
governance functions and human resource management.
* Accountable for managing and leading a team, including providing clear and
consistent communication, setting clear performance and behavioural
standards, managing performance, delegating responsibility and guiding and
developing people.
