• Guide team members to complete assigned tasks and lead by example by creating, executing and reporting on high-quality test artefacts such as requirements matrices, test cases, defects, complex test data etc. and ensuring adherence to section standards and guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training and pastoral care to manual testers.
• Identify, create, and maintain documentation to support test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the test team.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders to initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the ICT Division, business, and operational areas.
• Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
• Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the test team and its benefits across the organisation.
• Provide technical advice on applications, systems, environments, data and tools (etc.) to the test team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
