Business requirements
- Tableau and all its reporting capability and data be migrated to the new version
- Upgrade of platform to accommodate new version of Tableau
- Security posture should adhere to AGIG policies to meet FIRB requirements
- SLT extract remains and provides enhanced outputs.
- Advise any impact to the SLT process
- Update to and create any new reports to accommodate the new version.
- Uplift in licenses to accommodate additional users (+25). DXC to advise what is the maximum licenses that new Tableau version can accommodate.
- establish UAT test environment (currently we only have Dev and Prod).
- Decommissioning of old environment
- Change management training material and 1hr of face-to-face training (via Teams etc.).

Implement latest recommended version of tableau onto recommended platform in the AGIG environment per Services section
