Senior User Experience Designer

Essential criteria1. Experience in using content management systems to create or design webpages, organise information architecture, oversee user permissions to manage volatility and maintain or review the usability and design of digital products.2. Experience in creating and presenting wireframes and mock-ups for digital products to internal and external stakeholders which meet mandatory whole of government design processes and standards.3. Experience in applying a diverse range of user research and testing methodologies and elicitation techniques to inform the design of digital products in all stages of the lifecycle.4. Accessing the feasibility of digital solutions through consultation and negotiation with the development team to strike a balance between user and development needs.5. Experience working collaboratively in an agile multidisciplinary team in a fast paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
