EL1 Salesforce Administrator mid level environment manager

Essential criteria

1. At least 2 to 4 years experience within Salesforce eco-system and certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201 Certification).

2. Salesforce product knowledge and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).

3. Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role.

4. Experience with Salesforce integration into other technology platforms.

5. Experience using Data Loader.

6. Excellent communication skills with strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.

Desirable criteria

1. Data management skills, including the ability to do meaningful analysis and manipulate data sets to enable loading into Salesforce using Data Loader or similar tools.

2. Experience using SCRUM/ AGILE methodologies.

3. Salesforce Deployment experience.

4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
