Physiotherapist - Private Practice | Melbourne's West

Looking for a better work-life balance without sacrificing your career progression? We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join a well-established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive team within a larger national healthcare group that is known for investing in its clinicians and providing genuine long-term career opportunities.

Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced physiotherapist, you will benefit from structured support, strong patient demand, and a clear pathway for professional growth.

What's on Offer?

  • Well-established private practice with a friendly and supportive team
  • Clear career progression pathways and opportunities for advancement
  • Structured HR systems and ongoing management support
  • Comprehensive induction and mentoring program
  • Professional indemnity and relevant insurances covered
  • Extensive internal and external professional development opportunities
  • Free courses and ongoing clinical education provided by the company
  • Strong referral network and excellent patient flow
  • Modern, well-equipped clinic
  • Opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians
  • Sponsorship or sponsorship transfer may be available for suitable candidates

Caseload

Enjoy a varied and engaging caseload including:

  • Musculoskeletal injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • WorkCover and TAC clients
  • NDIS participants
  • Rehabilitation programs
  • Exercise-based treatment
  • Manual therapy
  • Pilates-based rehabilitation

This role offers exposure to a broad range of presentations, making it ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety and continuous learning.

About You

  • Degree qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration (or in the process of obtaining registration)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient-centred care
  • Team-focused approach and willingness to learn
  • Ability to occasionally work Saturdays as part of the roster

If you're looking for a supportive environment, excellent mentorship, career progression, and the flexibility of a four-day work week, we'd love to hear from you.
