About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Supplier Performance Manager to act as the key link between the business and our supplier network of builders and restorers.

In this role, you'll drive supplier performance, service delivery, and operational efficiency by managing supplier relationships, scorecards, escalations, and performance reporting. You'll also ensure data accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across the supplier network.

The internal position is Supplier Performance Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing supplier performance against cost, quality, and lifecycle metrics
  • Preparing and delivering supplier scorecards, audits, and feedback reports
  • Leading supplier performance meetings and improvement plans
  • Analysing trends and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
  • Managing supplier escalations and supporting claims progression
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, adjusters, and claims teams

About You

You're customer-focused, approachable, and confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You're also highly organised, analytical, and comfortable presenting insights through reporting and presentations.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of insurance builders and restorers (preferred)
  • Strong and demonstrable experience in supplier and/or account management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint capability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information
  • A proactive, accountable, and team-oriented approach
