Senior Client Executive (Sales)
LAB3 is one of the largest Azure engineering practices in the Australasia region with a focus on Cloud & DevOps, Data, IoT & AI, Modern Workplace, Security, andNetwork services.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Executive based in Melbourne. You will be responsible for developing new client relationships, as well as maximising the potential of existing ones. This is a fast-paced role and will require an experienced IT services & solutions sales professional who is successful, self-motivated and determined. You will have a proven track record of smashing sales targets along with the ability to build productive relationships with C-Level clients.
The Role:
- Developdeep and enduringpartnershipswith new and existing clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will need to understand and support your clients’ immediate and long-term goals.
- Fullyunderstand client needsby being naturally curious, asking insightful questions andcollaborating with technical teams to help craft impactful solutions.
- Leverage your experience in solution sellingto create compelling value propositions that resonate with client needs and strategic objectives.
- Lead impactful, consultative discussions that position LAB3 as not only a service provider but also a strategic partner andthought leaderin business transformation.
- Collaborate with key technology partnerMicrosoft& technology vendorsto identify and cultivate new client opportunities.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements to introduce innovative solutions that align with evolving client needs and competitive requirements.
- Drive sales initiatives with a focus on sustainable growth, leveraging a strategic approach to expand LAB3's footprint in key accounts.
The ideal candidate:
- You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting (and exceeding) targets.
- You are a pro at building and maintaining relationships at senior, Director & C-suite levels.
- A keen technical curiosity in industry trends will prove invaluable in this role.
- Able to identify client issues, effectively communicate our value proposition, accurately capture requirements, problem solve, and present products and services.
- You have a technical foundation and are capable of understanding business transformation needs and can work with internal/external teams to develop a technology transformation road map.
- Experience selling technology solutions is ideal, along with a solid base knowledge of technology products and services, ideally within the Azure & Microsoft ecosystems.
- Based in Melbourne, you will have established contacts in the region, particularly with SMB and BFSI clients. You will be expected to spend substantial face-to-face time with clients/prospects.
