Operating at the intersection of clinical care, research, product and technology, you will drive operational excellence while ensuring the service remains responsive to evolving demand, user needs and opportunities for innovation.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with clinicians, researchers, product and digital teams, and external stakeholders - including government, Primary Health Networks and service providers - to strengthen service performance, expand reach and support the continued evolution of THIS WAY UP.

  • Foster a connected, high-performing and purpose-driven team environment, supporting capability development and wellbeing
  • Oversee program budgets, resources and priorities, ensuring efficient and sustainable delivery
  • Provide high-quality reporting, insights and recommendations to the Director, executive stakeholders, funders and partners
  • Support funding, grant and partnership initiatives to enable ongoing growth and innovation
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships across the mental health, research and digital health ecosystem
