The position
Redox have a permanent full-time opportunity (9am to 5pm) for an enthusiastic and experienced Transport Support Officer to join the transport office in Minto. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Minto warehouse in coordination with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.
You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, analysing large data sets and resolving inventory investigations. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Organising & writing consignment notes
- Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
- Recording and reconciling pallet transactions
- Inventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problems
- Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
- Releasing forward orders
- Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports
- Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP's)
- Responding to sales/marketing queries and requests
- General Administrative duties and customer service
- Assisting Sales representatives and other staff with queries
- Ensure all staff and site visitors adhere to Redox's policies, procedures, and site-specific conditions of WH&S in compliance with state and federal legislation.
About you
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer centric with high attention to detail
- Ability to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Dangerous Goods experience an advantage.
- Reliable with exceptional time management skills
- Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
