The Senior Solution Consultant is a critical member of our Presales team, responsible for partnering with Account Executives to drive the technical and business value of our solutions for prospective clients within a specific industry vertical (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail). This role requires specialization in Workforce Planning, deep industry expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of our product suite to articulate how our offerings solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable ROI.

Anaplan / Planning tool experience is not mandatory-what matters most is deep domain expertise in workforce planning / HCM space and the ability to drive strategic, consultative conversations.

What you will be doing:

Key responsibilities for an Senior Solution Consultant, highlighting their primary role in driving large strategic deals within the Enterprise segment:

  • Drive Enterprise Strategic Deals with Account Executives: Your primary function is to partner directly with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and drive larger, strategic deals into the Enterprise segment. You'll achieve this by deeply understanding complex client business challenges and positioning our EPM solutions as critical enablers for their strategic objectives and measurable ROI.
  • AI-Powered EPM Solution Storytelling: Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of our EPM solutions, showcasing how integrated AI capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning for forecasting, generative AI for insights) enhance accuracy, automate processes, and enable more intelligent decision-making across finance, supply chain, sales, and HR. This role requires expertise in Workforce planning / HR modules.
  • Deep Industry & EPM Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of EPM best practices, relevant industry trends, and how AI is transforming performance management. You'll articulate complex concepts into clear business benefits for diverse audiences and serve as a key advisor to Marketing, providing insights to drive targeted business development.
  • Enterprise Architecture Understanding & Integration: Possess a critical understanding of broad enterprise IT landscapes, including ERP, CRM, and other key systems, to effectively design and articulate how our EPM solutions (specifically Anaplan) seamlessly integrate into and enhance existing technology environments.
  • Technical & Value Translation: Translate intricate EPM functionalities and AI-driven insights into tangible business value, adeptly addressing client queries, managing technical validations, and supporting the development of proofs of concept.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a pivotal EPM and AI subject matter expert, partnering effectively with sales, product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagements, successful solution adoption, and targeted market penetration.

Developing planning function-specific solutions, demos, and messaging. Building Proof of Concept models that are tailored to solve prospects' problems..

More about you:

  • MBA / PG Diploma / B. Eng/ BSc / Bcom / BA / CA or equivalent. (Post Grad and Professional Qualifications a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in Software or System Integration Companies or IT Departments either in industry, consulting or presales.
  • Prior experience in workforce planning or working in HCM/WFM products is critical for the role.
  • Prior experience using any of the relevant planning tools such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Success Factors or similar workforce planning or HCM tools would be preferred.
  • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology
  • Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills- both internally and externally

  • You're comfortable challenging old ways of doing things
  • Ability to take a consultative selling approach by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution
  • 10+ years of presales/consulting/implementation or like experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CFO, CHRO, FP&A leaders), shaping their thinking on workforce planning or HCM Or HR modules. Lead strategic conversations beyond the product, helping customers define their transformation roadmap
  • Experience speaking at industry events, publishing insights, or contributing to thought leadership in workforce planning is a strong plus.
