Medical Imaging Technologist

Some exciting opportunities have come up for some Radiographers to join our friendly and collaborative team within the Central Melbourne region.

This role will be a Full-Time Permanent position with hours ranging fromMonday to Friday, working between 6:00am - 9:00pm, with a rotating on-call and weekend roster. This role will include rotation between all clinics within the Central Melbourne region.

Reporting to theChief Technologist, in this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services across a range of modalities including x-ray, CT and MRI.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such asGeneral X-Ray, CT and MRI
• Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
• Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

CT and MRI Training will be provided to the successful candidates

Key selection criteria:

• Current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and professional registration
• Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
