One of Pine's portfolio companies is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to join their growing consulting team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the successful deployment of ERP platforms to a growing client base - delivering high-quality consulting services to both new and existing clients. They will work closely with clients to ensure implementations are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

This is a permanent full-time hybrid role based in Australia, reporting to the Consulting Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Analyse client processes and requirements to propose customised solutions aligned with their business needs.
  • Configure and customise ERP systems to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and user manuals to support ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve client issues and queries escalated from the support desk in a timely manner.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal team members.
  • Meet performance and utilisation targets as set by senior management.
  • Support project and consulting work as required across the business.

What They're Looking For

Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience implementing ERP or payroll platforms.
  • Degree-qualified in International Business, Finance, or a related field at Bachelor level or higher; Master's level qualification in professional accounting is highly regarded.
  • Accounting or Business IT qualifications, or demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals and business processes.
  • Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with relational database theory and fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated experience in report writing using Crystal Reports, MS Reports, or equivalent tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL Server, including advanced SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
  • Advanced report writing and data visualisation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience producing Business Process Mapping documentation.
  • Location: Remote, with travel for client visits
