Enterprise Account Manager
An innovative industrial technology company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation across Australia and global markets.
We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead our sales efforts across the mining sector in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within mining & Metal companies and a proven track record of B2B enterprise solution sales. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with mining and resources companies across Australia
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - maintenance heads, digital transformation leads, reliability engineers, and procurement
Conduct consultative selling, including technical presentations, product demos, and ROI-based proposals
Collaborate with technical pre-sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions
Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence product strategy and go-to-market plans
Qualifications & Experience
5-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in mining, industrial automation, digital solutions, or condition monitoring
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic accounts
Demonstrated ability to sell high-value, consultative solutions
Willingness to travel to remote mine sites as required
Strong network within Tier-1 and Tier-2 mining and metal companies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with consultative or solution-based selling; familiarity with SaaS or predictive maintenance solutions is a plus
Creating a solid demand generation plan including workshop, Presentations and other marketing tools.
