Apply Job no: 9ECK9 Category: Corporate Services, Health & Safety The Opportunity The Health and Safety Coordinator administers Health and Safety activities under the direction of the Executive Director of People & Culture on behalf of Benalla Health. Key Responsibilities of the role will include; Improve the effectiveness of Health & Safety management systems and implement initiatives in consultation with the Executive Director - People & Culture; Provide support to all managers, supervisors and employees on their Health & Safety responsibilities; Conduct Orientation / Education Training as required; Undertake investigations into Health & Safety incidents and conduct risk assessment as required; Review and analyse emergency management plans and procedures and make recommendations to the Emergency Planning Committee; Ensure all emergency operating procedures are understood by staff and are accessible; Coordinate education and training plans for all codes in consultation with the Performance Improvement Team on an annual basis; This role is a Permanent Part Position (0.6 EFT) Why choose Benalla Health?
