You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the US NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY STIRLING .

Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Knowledge of housing programs, ensuring safe, suitable and affordable housing solutions for eligible personnel and their families.
2) Knowledge of DoW and Navy organizational structures, along with maintaining proactive collaborative with host nation partners.
3) Demonstrate mastery of installation management pertaining to Quality of Life program operations, including Family Housing, Navy, and public policy decision.
4 ) Knowledge of planning, programming, and budgeting regulations. Must understand long-range budgeting principles and differences between Operations & Maintenance Navy (O&M,N) and Family Housing Navy (FH, N) financial management.
