To continue this success we are hiring for a National Account Manager - Grocery who will be responsible for supporting account delivery, ensuring the commercial plan is executed smoothly in alignment with the National Business Manager while handling analysis, coordination, and day-to-day customer operations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver end-to-end customer promotional programs, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and execution excellence.
  • Support and optimise promotional strategies to achieve revenue targets while balancing top-line growth with margin protection.
  • Analyse promotional and category performance to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage financial tracking and administrative processes for JCPs, NPD launches, SKU changes, and promotional compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally and with customers to enhance execution, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive in-store activation and overall performance.

    • Qualifications

    About you:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years' experience in FMCG or a similar sales environment; exposure to Woolworths or Coles preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and building strong relationships in fast-paced commercial settings.
  • Strong understanding of category trends and ability to translate insights into effective customer plans.
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel skills, financial acumen, and excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and an agile, solution-oriented mindset.
