What you'll do Assess the effectiveness of Trade Partner quality management systems through structured, risk-based audits and reviews. Develop, communicate and implement Trade Partner Quality Improvement Plans that drive measurable uplift in quality performance. Build strong working relationships with Trade Partners and lead a proactive engagement schedule across audit, improvement planning, implementation and reassessment. Deliver tailored quality training and capability uplift initiatives to Trade Partners based on identified needs and recurring performance themes. Identify portfolio-level quality trends, risks and performance gaps, and translate these into practical improvement actions. Collaborate with the Kapitol QMS Manager to strengthen internal processes and procedures that support improved Trade Partner outcomes. Prepare clear audit, assessment and internal reporting outputs that provide visibility of Trade Partner performance and improvement progress. Drive accountability with Trade Partners while maintaining a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. Who you are Experience in construction quality, assurance, audit or continuous improvement roles, ideally with exposure to subcontractors or Trade Partners. Strong understanding of construction quality management systems, assurance frameworks and the end-to-end quality lifecycle. Confident conducting risk-based audits and translating findings into practical, measurable improvement actions. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority. Able to identify and interpret broader quality trends and use data to support decision-making and uplift strategies. Comfortable developing concise reports, improvement plans and training materials for a range of audiences. Collaborative, engaging and outcome-focused in the way you work with internal teams and external partners. Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
