About You
Mechanical or electrical trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical);
Valid manual drivers licence;
Strong computer skills including intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel and project;
Solid planning and organisational skills;
Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and complete assigned tasks safely;
Able to prioritise and schedule tasks according to changing priorities;

About the Role
The role of the Maintenance Planner is to improve work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access.
Plan and scope maintenance jobs, including detailed research and task definition.
Estimate labour and material requirements and develop accurate job plans.
Prepare task instructions, tools, equipment, and material lists for execution.
Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance teams, and management to support job delivery.
Maintain planning systems and job documentation, including libraries and recurring job packages.
Monitor work progress, report critical issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
