About the Opportunity

The Apparel Brands are seeking expressions of interest from confident, commercially driven retail leaders to join our teams in our Melbourne South and East stores-(Cheltenham DFO, Southland, The Glen, Fountain Gate, Dandenong, Cranbourne)

Day in the Life

• Lead from the front to drive sales, KPIs, and overall store performance through strategic planning and excellence in execution.
• Inspire, coach, and develop your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, styling advice, and product knowledge.
• Oversee daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Leverage your commercial acumen to build effective rosters aligned with productivity and wage targets.
• Foster an inclusive, high-energy, and results-driven culture where your team can thrive.
