Communication Associate
What's the role?
You'll be at the centre of how we connect, inform and inspire our people across Westpac Institutional Bank. Partnering with an experienced communications team, you'll help bring stories to life- writing, shaping and publishing content that cuts through and resonates. From supporting campaigns and internal events to managing channels and creating multimedia content, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering communications that matter.
This is a full-time, Sydney-based role with hybrid flexibility, working in Sydney office minimum 3 days per week. This role offers the opportunity to build breadth across content, channels and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.
What do I need?
- Demonstrated experience in communications ideally within a Financial Services environment or government related agency.
- Tertiary qualification in communications, media, journalism, marketing, design or a related discipline.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for range of audiences.
- Well-developed stakeholder relationship skills and confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive, dependable approach, with sound judgement and professionalism in a regulated environment.
