Senior Manager, Data and Systems

Your New Role
Reporting to the Head of Colleague Services & Governance, the Senior Manager, Data & Systems manages Colleagues & Culture data and systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement. The role blends operational excellence with planning and delivery.
This permanent position ensures systems support workforce strategy, policies and risk requirements to deliver quality insights and the best possible colleague experience.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
Manage all C&C systems in partnership with Technology Services.
Ensure integrity is maintained in all C&C systems and data.
Leverage emerging AI capabilities to transform how we make workforce decisions.
Be the key representative for C&C systems and data for Fund wide activities and projects ensuring the needs of C&C are met. This includes oversight of the HRIS demand pipeline (issues, fixes, backlog and improvements) and setting business priorities.
Lead and coach team members on prioritising, planning and delivery.
Motivate and inspire the team by demonstrating commitment to the Fund's values, decision pillars and leadership principles.
Ensure the team has adequate resources and culture to meet the near term and strategic goals and operational plans of AustralianSuper - right people, right place, right skills, at the right time.
Understand the requirements of the Fund and its Members and other stakeholders (e.g. Board, Board Subcommittees, regulators), including the Fund's strategic and departmental objectives and agreed service levels, to ensure their needs are being met by supplier arrangements (cost, quality and risk).
Lead the team to operate and make decisions according to the Fund's Policies, Standards and Procedures and the Fund's Key Decision Registers and the delegated authorities.
Ensure relevant legislative and organisational requirements are met; keep up to date on all key changes to relevant regulations.
What You'll Need
Expert level experience and technical capability in HRIS management (specifically Oracle) including enterprise solutions.
Strong expertise in data management, data modelling, data architecture and data analysis.
Proven people leadership experience managing, coaching and developing team members.
High level of personal integrity as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters.

Ability to develop and maintain high-quality interpersonal relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the Fund.
