We have an exciting opportunity for a new Principal Managerto join our team, based in Macquarie Park. As a distribution partner, the relationship with our principals is the key to our success.

About the role
Reporting to the Market Manager-Coatings the, our new Principal Manager will enhance the strategic communicationbetween the principals and IMCD's account management and operational teams.
Responsibilities include:

• Set targets, strategies, and action plans with key Principals to achieve objectives
• Develop and enhance strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support supply chain optimisation to increase local operations
• Identify key market segments where realignment of our model will provide improved outcomes
• Support local sales teams to deliver business growth, foster cross-selling and monitor opportunities
• Provide accurate forecasting and demand plan.

About you

Qualification- Tertiary Qualificationin a relevant field, or extensive experience in the industry.

Experience- Prior experience in asimilar role is essential, with medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Officeand exposure to ERP systems. Familiarity with JD Edwards would put you a stepabove the rest, but not required.
