This is a fast-paced Customer Contact Centre role where no two days are the same. What You'll Be Doing You will support customers across a range of enquiries including: Billing and account questions Payment support and payment plans Water, wastewater and service enquiries Helping customers navigate difficult situations with empathy and care Finding practical solutions and providing a great customer experience You will build strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills while working across phone and digital channels.
