Reporting to Team Leader - Operations Project Delivery, this role is responsible for leading a portfolio of capital and non-capital (OPEX) projects across regional areas. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and community stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. These roles support ongoing program delivery and operational priorities across the business. What the role will involve Oversee and deploy Project Leaders across OPEX project portfolios to support efficient delivery Communicate, engage and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders Build employee capability through mentoring, coaching, performance feedback and provision of training and development Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Provide accurate reporting on project progress, costs, and performance About you Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or relevant industry experience Strong experience delivering engineering or infrastructure projects end-to-end Proven capability in contract management, procurement, and tender processes Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Commitment to safety leadership and high-performance team culture Sound like a match?
