We're looking for adriven, people-first Store Managerto take the reins at our

What you'll be doing


  • Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Drive sales performance and smash targets
  • Create a high-energy, positive store culture
  • Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
  • Run a smooth, efficient operation-without ever compromising on service


What we're looking for


  • ProvenStore Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level(or equivalent)
  • Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
