For more information - So much more than a school | MacKillop Education ABOUT THE ROLE: This casual relief role supports students in Years 9-12 on an as-needed basis, delivering engaging, student-centred lessons that promote re-engagement and wellbeing. You will work closely with colleagues, families and community partners to support young people facing complex challenges, while maintaining a safe, inclusive and compliant learning environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver learning: Teach engaging lessons aligned to the NSW (NESA) curriculum for Years 9-12 Plan with purpose: Develop programs, differentiate learning, and adapt to diverse needs Assess effectively: Create and mark assessments to track student progress Collaborate: Work with staff and support disability provisions Support the school: Supervise students and contribute to meetings Grow professionally: Maintain accreditation through ongoing development We are seeking 1x Casual Relief Teacher to join our MacKillop Education Program based in Annandale, NSW. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience teaching the NSW (NESA) curriculum in a secondary setting Student-centred approach, with strong skills in differentiated instruction Highly organised, with proven ability to manage lesson planning, assessment, records and reporting Flexible and collaborative, able to work effectively within a small team environment Experience supporting secondary students with complex and diverse needs (highly desirable) For a full listing please view the Position Description.
