What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting clients to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Deliver direct client care in line with care plans and scope of practice
Monitor and recognise changes in client condition and escalate appropriately
Support activities of daily living and promote independence and wellbeing
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and health records
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality.
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
6. Commitment to continuing professional development
7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
